會議議程 Rundown
本會謹定於2021年10月30日(星期六) 上午9:30假本校禮堂舉行第十四屆家長教師會週年會員
大會及第十五屆常務委員會選舉暨就職典禮，屆時將匯報上年度會務報告及財政收支, 並即席
依章選出新一屆常務委員。
The 14th PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the election for 15th Standing Committee of PTA
cum inauguration ceremony will be held at school hall on Saturday, 30 October 2021. The 14th PTA
annual report and financial report will be presented and the PTA members will then vote for the 15th
Standing Committee of PTA according to the association of PTA.
「第十五屆常務委員會」參選人資料及政綱將於10月上旬上載於家教會網頁。中學部共 8位
參選人，因不超過中學家長常務委員名額而根據會章將自動當選﹔小學部共12 位參選人，屆
時每個到場家庭將獲派發一張選票，即席選出最高票數之8位小學部之家長，再加上8位學校
代表，成為家長教師會第十五屆常務委員會委員，並即日舉行就職典禮。現誠邀各家長撥冗
出席。當日活動詳情如下:
The information and manifesto of the candidates for 15th Standing Committee of PTA will be uploaded
to the PTA website in early October. There are a total of 8 candidates in the Secondary section and
they will be automatically elected according to the constitution because they do not exceed the number
of parent Standing committee member. There are a total of 12 candidates in the Primary Division,
Each attending family will receive one ballot paper for vote on that day. 8 candidates from Primary
section with the highest number of votes and 8 school representatives will be elected for the Standing
Committee of PTA and the inauguration ceremony will be held on that day. We are now inviting
parents to attend the AGM. Details are as follows:

頁上載，以供閱覽。
For the consideration of environmental, the 14th PTA annual, financial report and other related
documents will be uploaded to the PTA website from 5 November onwards.

為配合學生不同成長階段的發展需要，家長學堂與家長教師會將於暑假期間合辦家長教育專題講座，現誠
邀各家長參與，詳情如下 :

主題講座 (1)「攜手培養子女守法精神及公民意識」
主講 : 黃繼兒大律師
講座內容 :
國民教育 - 對新中國的認識 生活上 帶來 的變化
公共利益 - 中國法律的發展
香港及內地的互動 / 關係
守法意識 - 自由及人權
時間 :下午8時至9時15分
主題講座 (2) - 善用暑假，「機」可離手
主講：復和綜合服務中心社工
講座內容 :
家長如何正確管教孩子安全使用網絡
如何在網絡交友軟件中保護 個人私隱
教導家長與子女協商使用手機或其他電子裝置的
技巧，並如何以「正面紀律」 Positive Disci-pline 的管教技巧促進親子關係，避免與孩子產生衝突。

衛衣訂購表
致小學部家長,
中學部學生會設計了附有學校 15週年圖案的衛衣，家教會將協助小學部學生及家長一同購買，每件衛衣價錢為 HK$114元 (XL、XXL及 1X為 $137)*，小童及成人皆會提供選購 。尺寸參考請 於照片附件內參閱尺寸測量圖表。

由於訂購數量大增，供應商將每件衛衣價錢調整為 HK$105元 (XL、XXL及 1X為 $126)。稍後會安排退款給各家長。

所有衛衣 將於十一月 期間 派發，一旦取貨，恕不退換。
衛衣的用途
家長請注意衛衣只能於周六、日及假日，寒冷天氣警告以及校內的特別活動中穿著，詳情請參閱學生手冊 。
訂購程序
1. 登入學生的e-learn帳號
2. 填下學生的全名，班別及班號
3. 標明尺寸及數量 (工廠制定尺碼比較貼身，建議家長替學生訂購大一個尺碼。)
4. 每個家庭只需提交1份訂單及只能提交1次
5. 提交訂單後請於9月20日前透過繳費靈存妥所需款項
6. 訂單一旦提交，將不能更改
7. 是次訂購及付款的截止日期是9月20日。遲交者將不獲受理
8. 如部分小一家長在早前已經於小一迎新活動中已訂購衛衣，則無需再次填寫表格。

20-21 家長親子工作坊 II
Dear Parents,
親愛的家長：
The Parent-Teacher Association and the A-Parent Education Academy will be co-hosting a series of parent-child workshops. While making your own handicraft, you can also enjoy the precious moments with your child and other parents.
家長教師會及家長學堂將合辦一系列親子工作坊，讓大家藉此機會享受製作手工藝品的樂趣，並與子女及其他家長的相聚時刻。
Date: June 21, 2021 (Monday)

Time: 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
時間：下午 2 時 30 分至 4 時 30 分

Fee: Charges vary in different workshops. Please refer to the appendix of this notice.

Each family* can only enroll two of the workshops. Places will be allocated by drawing lots if the applications exceed the quota.

*Each family unit can be formed with one of the parents, the couple or one parent with one student.
