Badminton Fun Night (2) 羽毛球趣味之夜 (二)
The development of our school and students relies on the support from parents. To enhance the sense of belonging to the school, we continue to develop the sports platform, "A-Parent Sports Club" (APSC) this year. APSC aims at connecting parents and students who are interested in sports through different sport activities, such as badminton, table tennis and soccer, and providing opportunities for them to interact with each other. APSC is going to hold Badminton Fun Nights for parents who enjoy playing badminton. Details of the events are as follows:
我們學校和學生的發展全賴家長的支持。為了加強家長和學生對學校的歸屬感，本年度我們繼續拓展運動交流平台A-Parent Sports Club （APSC）。APSC旨在透過舉辦各種體育活動，例如羽毛球、乒乓球、足球等，聚集對體育感興趣的家長和學生，為他們提供相互交流的機會。APSC現為喜歡打羽毛球的家長舉辦羽毛球趣味之夜，活動詳情如下：
Please note that Event 1 and Event 2 will be held at the same time.

All participants must be a member of the association and agree to join APSC as a member.
參與者必須為本 會成員家長以及 同意参加 APSC並且成為 APSC會員 。
Event 1 活動 (一 )
Parents’ Badminton Fun Night -- Free Practice (Adults only. No parent-child session.)
家長羽毛球趣味之夜--自由練習(只限成人，不設親子環節)
Content: Free practice only (No coaching.)
內容：主要提供機會給參與者對打及自由練習 。 (不設教練)

Parents’ Badminton Training Course for Beginners - (Group) (For beginners and adults only. No child section.)
家長羽毛球初級訓練班 (團體 ) (只適合成人初學者，不設親子環節)
Content: The training course is designed by a professional coach with an aim to grasping the basic skills in playing badminton.
內容：課程由 專業教練 設計， 目的是讓 學員能掌握 打 羽毛球的基本技巧 。

主題：幸福家庭的恩典
Theme：The Grace of Blessed Family
主題式家長教育研討會能加深家長對社會上的家庭教育議題的認識和探究。
現今日益複雜及急速節奏的世界中，每個人都面臨著各種挑戰和壓力，一個支持和充滿愛的家庭顯得非常重要。在家庭中創造支持和諧的環境不是一個目的地，而是一個不斷進行的旅程，需要持續的努力、承諾和願意一起適應和成長。本年度的教育研討會由我校「家長教師會」與「家長學堂」主辦，有幸邀請到著名的應用心理學和情商領域專家余德淳博士及家庭教育資深嘉賓講者陳敏兒女士，與我們分享見解和鼓勵，共同探討如何建立良好的家庭關係。名額有限，現誠邀各位家長踴躍參與﹗

「家長學堂 A-Parent Education Academy」
電影欣賞 –4 拍4 家族 Movie Appreciation – Band Four
<4 拍4 家族> 是一齣講述決心踏上國際舞台的Band Four 主音Cat (謝安琪 飾)自小崇拜結他手父親家勁，King (泰迪羅賓 飾)，父親卻在她十歲時離家出走。廿多年後，Cat 媽病逝，父女在火葬場內重逢，此

活力校園跑樓梯競技大賽及
藍曬氰版親子工作坊
親愛的家長:
新學年開始，家長教師會一直透過多元化活動與各家長保持緊密聯繫，凝聚各家長之力量，實現「家與校合作的精神」，期望促進學生在學業和身心得到全面的發展。
本會將於2023年10月28日(星期六)上午舉行一年一度大型親子及籌款活動- 活力校園跑樓梯競技大賽及首次舉辨的藍曬氰版親子手工藝工作坊。今年度籌得之款項，將全數撥入家長教師會之「家校建設」。當中藍曬氰版工作坊籌得的款項，更會為新建的「Arts Lab」添置視藝物品之用，使學生於藝術上能拓展更多的可能，為所有同學打造優質的學習環境，同時亦為各家長及同學提供一個活力充沛及有益身心的活動。

Event 2 – Stair Sprinting Competition
(二) 活力校園跑樓梯競技大賽
Event Details: The competition will take place in the primary and secondary sections. Participants will race around different staircases and floors of the school in the competition. The official race route and format will be tailored according to the abilities of participants in different categories. Details will be announced on the PTA website before October 20, 2023.
活動詳情:活力校園跑樓梯競技大賽將於中小學部舉行，參賽者需要環繞學校不同樓梯及樓層進行競技比賽。正式之比賽路線及競技形式，將按照不同組別參賽者之能力編訂，詳情將於2023年10月20日前於家教會網站公佈。

Event 3 Blue Cyanotype Parent-Child Workshop
(三)藍曬氰版親子工作坊
Event Details:
Cyanotype is a photographic process which produces cyan-blue prints by using sunlight. During your time with us, you’ll learn how to coat your own papers and a cotton bag with cyanotype solution and use a range of natural materials, plants and found objects to expose onto the paper and a cotton bag, creating a series of experimental imagery.
活動詳情:
藍曬（Cyanotype）是一種利用陽光製作青藍色印刷品的攝影過程。在與我們共度的時間裡，您將學習如何親自將藍曬溶液塗佈在紙張和棉質袋子上，並使用各種天然材料、植物和現成物品進行曝光，創作一系列實驗性的圖像作品。
