本會謹定於2023年10月28日(星期六)上午九時正假座本校禮堂舉行週年會員大會暨家長學堂頒獎典禮，並舉行家長教師會常務委員會選舉。截至9月28日為止，本會共接獲12位小學及7位中學家長參與是次選舉。本會會章第五章第5.1條規定，常務委員會由最多24位委員組成，8位為當然會員及16位為基本會員(包括中、小學部各8位)，任期兩年。於當日即場選出最高票數之8位小學部家長，再加上7位中學部及8位學校代表，成為家長教師會第十六屆常務委員會委員，並於當日就職。

The PTA Annual General Meeting cum Prize Presentation Ceremony of A-Parent Education Academy and the Standing Committee Election will be held on October 28, 2023 (Saturday) at 9:30 a.m. at our school hall. As of September 28, 2023, the PTA has received 12 applications from the parents of Primary Division and 8 applications from the parents of Secondary Division. According to Article 5.1, Chapter 5 of the PTA Constitution, the PTA Standing Committee consists of a maximum of 24 members, including 8 ex-officio members and 16 basic members (8 parents from the Primary Division and 7 parents from the Secondary Division) with a term of two years. The 16th Standing Committee will be formed by 8 candidates from the Primary Division with the highest vote, together with 7 representatives from the Secondary Division and 8 school representatives. The Inauguration Ceremony will also be held on the same day.

親愛的家長：

Dear Parents,

 

轉眼已踏入九月，第十五屆家長教師會的工作已接近尾聲，本年度「家長教師會周年大會暨家長學堂頒獎典禮」將於本年10 月28 日(星期六)上午舉行，詳細安排將稍後通知家長。

As we have approached September, the term of service of the 15^th PTA Executive Committee is coming to an end. For this year, the PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM) cum Parent Education Academy (PEA) award ceremony will be held in the morning of 28 October 2023 (Saturday), details will be announced in due course.

 

 

在周年大會中，將會選出新一屆常務委員會的家長委員。本人謹此衷心呼籲各位家長(基本會員) 撥冗光臨，您的蒞臨對我們而言是最大的支持，而您的投票對家長教師會的組成尤為重要，更能使我們的子女在一個積極及有效的學習環境中茁壯成長。

In the coming AGM, the new Executive Committee will be elected. I hereby sincerely invite all parents (basic members) to participate, as your presence is our greatest support and your vote is essential to the formation of the PTA, fostering the growth of our children in a positive and effective learning environment.

 

 

各基本會員除了可行使會員權利投票外，更可履行義務投身競選行列。你的積極參選，定必有利於家長教師會的發展。希望各位會員踴躍參與競選，共同建構一個更完善的家長教師會。

Apart from voting, each basic member can also run for the election. Your participation will benefit the development of PTA. All members are encouraged to participate actively in the election, to make the PTA more inclusive and constructive together.

致小學部家長，

中學部學生會設計了附有學校15週年圖案的衛衣，家教會將協助小學部學生及家長一同購買，

每件衛衣價錢為HK$125元（XXL及1X(XXXL)為$150），小童及成人皆會提供選購。尺寸參考請於照片附件內參閱尺寸測量圖表。

 

訂購程序

1. 登入學生的e-learn帳號

2. 填下學生的全名，班別及班號

3. 標明尺寸及數量 (工廠制定尺碼比較貼身，建議家長替學生訂購大一個尺碼。)

4. 每個家庭只需提交1份訂單及只能提交1次

5. 提交訂單後請於9月18日前透過繳費靈存妥所需款項

6. 訂單一旦提交，將不能更改

7. 是次訂購及付款的截止日期是9月18日。遲交者將不獲受理

所有衛衣將於十一月期間派發，一旦取貨，恕不退換。

 

衛衣的用途

家長請注意，衛衣只能於周六、日及假日，寒冷天氣警告以及校內的特別活動中穿著，詳情請參閱學生手冊。
