Badminton Fun Night (2) 晚上歡樂羽毛球課 (二 )
The development of school and students relies on the support from parents. To enhance the sense of belonging to the school, a new platform "A-Parent Sports Club" (APSC) is established. APSC aims at connecting all parents and students who are interested in sports through different sport activities, such as badminton, table tennis and soccer, to provide opportunities for them to interact with each other. APSC has planned to provide a Badminton Trial Fun Nights for parents who are interested in badminton. The details of event are as follows:
家長在學校和學生的發展擔當著一個重要的角色。為了讓家長和學生對學校產生歸屬感，我們現建立一個嶄新的交流平台 A-Parent Sports Club APSC）。 APSC旨在聚集所有對體育感興趣的學生和家長，並舉辦各種體育活動，例如羽毛球、乒乓球、足球等，以促進家長和學生們之間的交流，從而建立對學校的歸屬感。 APSC現為有興趣打羽毛球的家長舉辦晚上歡樂羽毛球課，活動詳情如下：
Please note that Event 1 and Event 2 will be carried out at the same time.
請注意，活動(一)和 活動 (二) , 兩個活動將會同時進行。
All participants must be the member of the association and agree to join the APSC membership.
參與者必須為本會成員家長以及同意加入成為 APSC會員。
Event 1 活動 (一)
Parent’s Free Practise Badminton Fun Night (Adults only, no child section)
家長成人班歡樂羽毛球課(只限成人，不設親子環節)
Content: Free practice only (No coaching)
內容：主要提供機會給參與者對打以及自由練習 。 (不設教練 )
Event 2 活動 (二)
Parent’s Training Course for Beginners - (Group) (Adults only, no child section)
家長成人初級訓練班(團體) (適合初學者，只限成人，不設親子環節)
Content: Training course designed by professional coach to practice on basic skills
內容：將會有一位專業教練指導基本動作，以及提供機會給參與者對打以及自由練習 。

2023-2025 有關校董會家長校董選舉事宜
各位家長：
Dear Parents,
承蒙各位家長支持，家長教師會一直擔當家長與學校之橋樑，與校方保持緊密聯繫，為學校的發展共同努力，並為各位家長與學生舉辦一系列親子活動及講座。
Thanks you for your continuous support, the PTA has been acting as a bridge between the school and parents by working in a close relationship with the school and organizing a series of activities for parents and students.
校方為鼓勵家長參與校政及為學生的成長提供意見，經校董會之批准，於2012年開始增設家長校董，校董會亦因此邀請家長教師會為推選家長校董提供意見。
In order to encourage parents to participate in school affairs and provide opinions for student development, the School Management Committee has approved to introduce school managers (parent representatives) since 2012. In light of such an arrangement, the School Management Committee invited the PTA to provide opinions on the election of parent managers.
家長教師會本着公平、公正、公開之原則，家長校董經一家庭二票(小學部及中學部各一票)直選產生。為此，本會已於2012年7月10日舉行特別會員大會，通過經修訂之家長教師會會章，以及會章附則--有關校董會家長校董事宜(修訂一) (「校董附則」)，作為家長校董與家長教師會的行為約章。
Under the principles of fairness, justice and transparency, the PTA suggested direct election with two votes from each family (one for the primary division and one for the secondary division). To achieve this, the PTA held a special genearal assembly on July 10, 2012 and approved such amendment to the PTA Constitutions, as well as the By-Laws of the election of parent managers. These will serve as guidelines for parent managers and the PTA.
如欲參選，請於2022年12月2日(星期五) 前把已填妥的「校董會家長校董參選表格」及「校董會家長校董提名表格」[註1]交校務處以轉交本會。此外，教育局將於11月底委託香港中文大學舉辦「校董培訓班」，有意報讀家長可自行報名參與。
If any parent is interested in running for the election, please return the election forms to the PTA through the Administration Office by Friday, December 2, 2022. Interested parents may also enrol in the Manager Training Program conducted by CUHK commissioned by the EDB in late November.

Theme：Life Education in Family
過去幾年來，我們共同經歷著始料未及的社會變遷，全球疫情反復，乃至戰爭困苦也時常占據著新聞的一角。我們的孩子在這充滿著不確定性的世界中成長，所面對的挑戰也前所未有，在這樣紛亂的環境中，家庭關係及培育生命更顯得重要。本年度的教育研討會由我校「家長教師會」與「家長學堂」主辦，沙田區家長教師會聯會作支持機構，有幸邀請到家長教育資深嘉賓講者陳廷三博士及著名藝人森美先生，與我們一齊細味爲人父母的生命歷程，讓生命在家庭中流動。名額有限，現誠邀各位家長踴躍參與﹗

親愛的家長：
Dear Parents,
學生已於不同階段恢復面授課程，根據教育局最新指引，所有教師、教職員和學生均須在每天回校前進行快速抗原測試。
Students have already resumed face to face lessons in phases. According to the latest EDB guideline, all teachers, staff and students are required to complete a RAT every day before returning to school.
家教會將以（每盒為$160，有30套檢測包）的價格購買YHLO快速抗原測試供家長訂購。YHLO是符合醫療行政管理制度（MDACS）關於安全、質量及表現要求的其中一款醫療儀器。(https://www.mdd.gov.hk/tc/whats-new/rapid-antigen-tests-covid-19/index.html)
PTA has sourced YHLO RATs (HK$160 per pack with 30 test units included) for parents to order. YHLO is one of the listed devices that meet the listing requirements of the Medical Device Administrative Control System (MDACS) on safety, quality and performance. YHLO快速抗原測試將會在2月中開始提供。如家長欲透過家教會購買，請於2022年12月12日（星期一）或之前回覆通告。
YHLO RAT kits will be available in early May. If parents are interested in ordering through the PTA, please kindly reply to the circular by Monday, 12 December 2022.
我們透過此機會鼓勵家長盡快為孩子接種疫苗，並請注意衛生及保持警覺。
