本會謹定於2021年10月30日(星期六) 上午9:30假本校禮堂舉行第十四屆家長教師會週年會員

大會及第十五屆常務委員會選舉暨就職典禮，屆時將匯報上年度會務報告及財政收支, 並即席

依章選出新一屆常務委員。

The 14th PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the election for 15th Standing Committee of PTA

cum inauguration ceremony will be held at school hall on Saturday, 30 October 2021. The 14th PTA

annual report and financial report will be presented and the PTA members will then vote for the 15th

Standing Committee of PTA according to the association of PTA.

 

「第十五屆常務委員會」參選人資料及政綱將於10月上旬上載於家教會網頁。中學部共 8位

參選人，因不超過中學家長常務委員名額而根據會章將自動當選﹔小學部共12 位參選人，屆

時每個到場家庭將獲派發一張選票，即席選出最高票數之8位小學部之家長，再加上8位學校

代表，成為家長教師會第十五屆常務委員會委員，並即日舉行就職典禮。現誠邀各家長撥冗

出席。當日活動詳情如下:

The information and manifesto of the candidates for 15th Standing Committee of PTA will be uploaded

to the PTA website in early October. There are a total of 8 candidates in the Secondary section and

they will be automatically elected according to the constitution because they do not exceed the number

of parent Standing committee member. There are a total of 12 candidates in the Primary Division,

Each attending family will receive one ballot paper for vote on that day. 8 candidates from Primary

section with the highest number of votes and 8 school representatives will be elected for the Standing

Committee of PTA and the inauguration ceremony will be held on that day. We are now inviting

parents to attend the AGM. Details are as follows:
