親愛的家長：
Dear parents,
 
 
家長教師會(PTA) 20周年了！為紀念這個里程碑，誠意邀請各位參加家長教師會20周年標誌設計比賽，希望透過這次活動，加強各位家長和同學對家長教師會的認識與互動。敬希踴躍參加和支持！獲得全校總冠軍之作品，將可成為本年度家長教師會的標誌，並將用作所有文件、通告及公開活動之用。
To mark the milestone of the 20th Anniversary of PTA, we would like to invite all the parents to join a logo design competition in order to reinforce the interactions between parents, students and PTA. The winning design will become the PTA logo for this year and will be used in all the documents, notices and activity promotions.

作品投遞日期    : 2026年9月28日 - 2026年10月04日
Date of submission:28th Sep 2026 – 4th Oct 2026
 
比賽組別        :小學組(1-6年級）/ 中學組（7-12年級）
Groupings               : Primary (Grade 1-6) /  Secondary (Grade 7-12)
 
參加辦法    ：參賽者可選擇親子合作或學生個人參與。惟每位學生只可提交一份參賽作品。請於2026年9月17日前填妥參加回條，並於2026年9月28日至10月4日期間將作品投遞校務處收集箱。
Enrollment: Participants can submit their entry under Parent-child or Individual Category. Each student can only submit one design. Please fill in the reply slip before 17th September and Artwork should be submitted to the School Office between 28th September to 4th October.
 
奬項        ：每組設冠、亞、季一名及優異獎3名，所有獲奬作品將獲贈書券及嘉許狀。
Awards: Champion, First Runner-up, Second Runner-up and 3 Merits will be awarded with book coupons and certificates for each group.
 
冠軍：$500書券        Champion: $500 book coupon
亞軍：$300書券        First Runner-up: $300 book coupon
季軍：$150書券        Second Runner-up: $150 book coupon
優異獎：$100書券(3名)   Merit: $100 book coupon (3 merits)
 
評分準則    ：家校合作元素30%；20周年元素30%；創意20%；整體視覺20%。
Grading criteria: elements of home-school cooperation 30%, elements of 20th Anniversary 30%, creativity 20%, Overall impression 20%
 
評審委員會  ：中小學校長及中小學美術科老師。
Judges: Principals and Visual Art teachers from Primary and Secondary School
 
作品規格    ：尺寸A4size (21x29.5cm)，接受手繪或用電腦創作，作品背後必須貼上以下回條。
Dimension: A4 size (21x29.5 cm), drawing or computer creation are both accepted. Please attach the following reply slip behind the design.
 
注意事項    ：
(1)參賽者不得盜用任何具有版權的書本、網頁、圖畫、文字及其他媒體。
(2)參賽者提交作品後即表示同意本會將參賽作品內所有資料編號、刪除、複製、存檔、傳輸、發佈及展示作非商業用途。
(3)所有參賽作品版權由本會擁有。為方便標誌印刷或複製生產，本會有權對獲獎作品進行適當的修改。
Reminders :
(1) Participants shall not plagiarize or misappropriate work of others or infringe the copyright of any books, webpages, pictures, text or any form of media.
(2) By submitting the work, Participants agree to allow the Organiser to use, delete, copy, save, send, publish and display all information for non-commercial purposes.
(3) By submitting the work, Participants agree that the Organiser owns the copyrights of the submitted work. The Organiser reserves the rights to make appropriate modifications to the winning work for future printing or reproduction of logo.

  Thank you for your enthusiastic response and support! The PTA has received your reply slip confirming participation in the "2026-2027 PTA 20th Anniversary Logo Design Competition". Please be informed that the submission deadline for the competition has been extended to November 13 (Friday). Kindly submit your artwork into the collection box located at the General Office on or before the deadline. We look forward to receiving the wonderful entries from you and your child!
