衛衣訂購表
中學部學生會， Patronus，去年設計了一款新的衛衣 ，很受學生及家長歡迎。 因此，家教會今年將協助小學部學生及家長一同購買，每件衛衣價錢約為HK$110元，小童及成人裝皆會提供選購。尺寸參考，請參閱尺寸測量圖表照片附件。
The Secondary School Student Union, Patronus, has designed a new hoodie last year. PS students and parents are invited to purchase this hoodie as well. Each hoodie costs around $110 and both child and adult sizes are available. Please refer to the size measurement chart photos for your information as attached below.
有興趣訂購的學生及家長，請經以下Google Form訂購:

訂購程序 :
1. 登入孩子的elearn帳戶
2. 請寫下他們的全名，班別及班號
3. 標明尺寸及數量
4. 每個家庭提交1份訂單
5. 只能提交1次
6. 一旦提交，你將不能更改訂單
7. 是次訂購的截止日期是9月25日。遲交者將不獲受理。
ORDER :
1. Sign in using your child's elearn account.
2. Please write down their full name, class and class number.
3. Indicate the size and quantity.
4. Submit 1 order per family.
5. Submit your order ONCE,
6. Once submitted, you cannot change your order.
7. The deadline for orders is September 25. Late order submissions
will not be accepted.
派發 :
將於十一月左右派發 一旦取貨，恕不退換。
DISTRIBUTION :
Hoodies should be distributed around November.
Once received, no exchange nor refund.
